After I hung up the phone with the kind rep, I thought if my order arrives as quick and easy as that call I'm goi g to be surprised. Well, surprised I was!!! My breast pump arrived in a very reasonable amount of time but above all, the service rep was quick, polite, and efficient. We had, at max, a five minute conversation and everything was taken care of----I paid shipping and insurance was billed without any issues. Thank you, Cambridge Medical Supply.

I have only the highest praise for Camb. Med. Supply. Their Customer Service is A+ in my book! An insurance problem occurred after I had received my light box, and one representative in particular, Adrean, could not have been more understanding, willing to go the extra mile to try and straighten things out, and gracious when it was clear that the insurance would not budge. I don't generally enjoy paying bills, but theirs is the exception. I've gotten what I paid for- and more. They are #1 in my book!

Hi - I just wanted to thank you for your diligent and helpful service in providing breast pumps through patient insurance. We have clients who need an electric pump and we don't always have enough to give out.
